The first day of the year if crisp and cool outside in the small town of Green Springs, Colorado. The High school for the Supernaturals doors have opened as students begin to arrive via car, bus, or from powers of their own. Humans and Supernaturals alike coming for their first day, and feeling their powers sapped away as they enter the schools area. The halls are busy with people getting schedules, lockers, and making friends. The time is 7:25, still plenty of time before the first class of the day.
But what are you doing? The Cafeteria is open for schedules and breakfast, a stand with a older woman standing at it handing out schedules. The Library is closed at the moment, but the rest of the school is free including the courtyard and the parking lots.

Kari wasn't much of an early riser, but that was generally how it went when it came to school, or life in general. You didn't get to make your own schedule, you went along with the schedule that someone else made you follow. So Kari stood in line and got her breakfast. Despite being a Magi, she still didn't feel at home here.
It was expected when you only found out about your powers two weeks ago.
After getting her food (which wasn't much to her since she had the metabolism of a wolf) she got her schedule and went to go sit outside.

Dietrich never really liked crowds. He was used to being in a smaller space with many people, but in such a large place with so many people all at once? It took him a bit to adjust. The unfamiliar setting put him on edge, and when he was put on edge, he institutionally got defensive. He avoided the larger groups of people, going out of his way to walk around the edge. So many types to...he had only ever been around werewolves and humans, but here were vampires, mummies, mages and...those pale people who didn't smell right.
He remembered where he was supposed to go, so following instructions, he made his way to the older woman to pick up his schedule

Having only woken up from his deep sleep a few months ago, he was unfamiliar to this new world. Back then he was a king who...actually he can't remember anything about himself. So, he just sat on the roof of the English building like he always did after his Pre Semester English lesson watching the small creatures walking around. It gave him pleasure for some reason.

Conner has only been back in the world for a few days and he was pointed towards freaks high for answers but his out of date knowledge has made him stay so he spends his first day at the cafeteria learning how to eat again

Amber was, to be perfectly honest, a bit unnerved. Upon entering the campus, for the first time since she had a second soul residing in her body, she was completely alone in her thoughts. It was strange not having a second opinion to bounce ideas off of, but she figured she would have to get used to it. After making her way to the cafeteria as instructed, she picked up her schedule, reading over it again as she loaded up a tray with breakfast foods. Picking a seat nearby, she carefully set her heavily burdened breakfast tray down on the table, sitting down and beginning to eat as she committed the schedule to memory.

As you go to get your schedule, you are all greeted by the old woman basically the same way. She smiles and asks for your name, then almost immediately finds your schedule and offers it out, making a small joke about how she will see you in first hour.
For those in the Cafeteria, it was a rather slow at the moment as it seems that most of the student have not come in for breakfast yet. There was a group of kids near a far corner, mostly dressed in the emo-goth style sitting around talking in whispers, two kids were in a booth playing a card game, and one sat alone at a table, reading a book. Otherwise beside the schedule line, you could see a familiar face walking into the kitchen area, Alexander Dionysus, the school principle and a somewhat well know member of the Supernatural community.
Outside, Sethos would notice many of the students arriving and hanging out, some heading inside others walking the courtyard or between buildings, not much else of note.

Conner keeps to himself eating his food, well trying, keeping very aware of the emo group and avoiding them, looking over his schedule.

So many different people. Now that this the first day of school he really doesn't know what to think about it. All of this is so new to him and he doesn't even know where to start. After a deep breath he does jump down and head into the cafeteria to get his schedule.

Kari was somewhat surprised with the fact that the lady would have been her teacher, but she decided to roll with it. She quickly finished her food and pulled an apple from her pack and began to munch on it before she went back inside to the Cafeteria, seeing the girl with glasses, she decided to sit by her since it less crowded.

Diderick sniffed at the woman suspiciously , seeing if that weird little giggle had any meaning behind it. He took the paper, and walked, not really thinking of anything else to do, moved to his first class room and just sort of...sat and waited. There were instructions to be at first hour, so...here he was, waiting.

Amber polished off her breakfast and put the trash into a nearby trash can. Peering at her schedule she set off, arriving at her classroom shortly and flopping into an empty chair.

Time slowly passes, until it clicks to around 7:55 and the first bell rings to get to class. With your schedules grabbed, you head for the same room and find two people inside of the room already.
The room is still mostly empty, even the teacher isn't in the room yet.

Sethos waits just outside until the teacher enters the room. His culture dictates that the teacher must be in the room first...he thinks. Doesn't quite remember.
